Cancellation Policy
For a session to be considered booked, payment must be received within 24 hours of the booking. No refunds will be issued should you miss your session without proper notification of at least 24 hours before your session time. Proper notification of cancellation can be done through the cancellation link in your confirmation email. Refunds, if a reading is cancelled with proper notification, will be issued within 48 hours.
